Dr. David L. Horne participated in the United Nations Human Rights Commission Conference on Racism, Xenophobia & Related Intolerances as both a delegate and a journalist. He is the editor of the Journal of African Studies , and also The Journal of Pan African Studies, both of which are peer-reviewed periodicals. He is a tenured full professor of Pan African Studies, Critical Thinking and Public Policy at CSU, Northridge. He is the author of Straight to the Point: A Logical Approach to Critical Thinking, a series of 4-part articles in Turning Point Magazine ("Reparations: A Four-Part Series on the State of the Movement," and " The Millennium Series: The State of the Race "), along with academic articles on the Economic History of West Africa, and how to organize the Diaspora for the African Union.
